Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ZHYRRO website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our Services
ZHYRRO provides custom apparel design, manufacturing, and fulfillment services for sports clubs, schools, and corporate organizations across Australia and New Zealand.
Orders and Quotes
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 20 units per design
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment and approved artwork
- Production begins only after final design approval and payment
- Standard turnaround time is 3-4 weeks from approved artwork
- Rush orders may be available upon request with additional fees
Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required to commence production
- Balance payment is due before shipment
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card, or approved payment terms
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- All prices are in AUD unless otherwise stated
Design and Artwork
- Design services are included at no additional cost
- You retain ownership of your original artwork and logos
- We provide unlimited revisions until final approval
- Final approval is required in writing before production
- You are responsible for ensuring all artwork is properly licensed
- We reserve the right to refuse designs that violate intellectual property rights
Quality Guarantee and Returns
We stand behind the quality of our products:
- All garments are inspected before shipment
- Manufacturing defects will be replaced at no cost
- Custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect
- Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Sizing issues are not considered defects (we provide size charts)
- Color variations due to screen displays are not considered defects
Shipping and Delivery
- Standard shipping is included for orders within Australia and New Zealand
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to carrier
- International shipping available upon request with additional fees
Cancellations and Changes
- Orders can be cancelled before production begins with a 15% restocking fee
- Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled
- Changes to approved designs may incur additional charges
- Changes must be requested in writing
- We reserve the right to refuse changes that impact production timelines
Intellectual Property
All content on the ZHYRRO website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ZHYRRO and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
ZHYRRO’s total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
